CR Smiles Dental Center is collecting as many dental supplies as we can to send to Texas to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Dental Supplies CR Smiles Dental Center is Collecting:

-Toothbrushes
-Toothpaste
-Mouthwash
-Dental Floss

Please bring supplies to 8284 West Union Hills Dr., Glendale, Arizona 85308.  There will be a drop off box inside.  All dental supplies must be unopened and never used.

(Contributions by check may be made payable to Red Cross or Salvation Army.)
